Myofascial Massage

is a manual therapy technique that focuses on the tough membranes that wrap, connect and support your muscles.  Focus areas include that which feels stiff and fixed instead of elastic and movable. Slow paced manual pressure and stretching are used to loosen up restricted movement.

Deep Tissue Massage
